Parking Permits are issued in accordance with the Code of the Village of Lawrence.
Permits are required for the following areas:
Lawrence Train Station -
$40.00 1st car/$20.00 2nd car
[Residents of the Incorporated Village of Lawrence only]
Inwood Train Station - $100.00
Please note that parking in both the Lawrence Train Station and the Inwood Train Station is prohibited during the hours of 3:00 A.M. to 5:00 A.M., 7 days a week including holidays.
In addition, permits are available for overnight parking at 12 hour meters, without the use of the meters, between the hours of 6:00 P.M. & 9:00 A.M., Monday through Thursday and from 6:00 P.M., Fridays until 9:00 A.M. Monday. Permit fee - $300.00
All permits are issued on an annual basis and cover a 13 month period from January 1 to January 31, of the following year.
In order to obtain a parking permit, print the form below, fill it out, and either present it in person at the Village Hall, or mail it to the Village of Lawrence, 196 Central Avenue, Lawrence, NY 11559 together with a check made payable to the "Inc. Village of Lawrence" in the appropriate amount. A copy of the current registration for the car being permitted must also be included.
